Are you a Citywide Program Alum eager to both create and be a part of an intentional and growing network of land stewards, herbalists, and food justice practitioners?
Do you believe in the power of urban farmers to create food sovereignty, help heal our environment, and increase the health, wealth and cohesion of our communities?
Join the ANC to put your passion into practice and build support systems for other alumni as well! FSNYC is recruiting alumni to participate in an Alumni Network Committee (ANC).
These positions are currently grant funded at $30/hour through a cooperator agreement with the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA), have flexible term limits, and includes:
sharing feedback about accessibility of government programs
attending occasional Urban County Committee meetings
supporting with outreach and tabling to continue building a strong alumni network

FSNYC has an alumni specific google group where people across the 10+ years of cohorts post resources, job opportunities, equipment, and connect to deepen relationship. Please email us to be added!
FSNYC also has an Alumni Signal chat where you can share updates, invite people to events and programs, and generally know what food and agriculture related projects are up and coming. Please email us to be added!
